Thin veneer machine
These machines are ideal for cutting stones and other materials with irregular shapes and variable dimensions. While maintaining its natural shape unaltered, the cut stone presents a uniform surface that makes it easy to lay on any surface. The automatic thickness compensation system also enables continuous cutting of reject stone, such as for example, from quarries.
The raw material used in these machines is stone offcuts and stone that is normally sent to landfill.
The cut surface is perfectly smooth so less adhesive is required to lay the stone. The resulting benefits are twofold: better for the stone layer’s health and savings in terms of material and time. The machines are fitted with inverter-controlled motors (equipped with diamond discs) which adjust consumption to the utilized power without any dissipation, with consequent energy savings.
